- Our engineer will assess the printer problem
- If the printer cannot be repaired under the terms of our contract with
EPSON UK Ltd then a replacement printer will be supplied.
(Note: Your warranty will continue from the original start date)
- An 'Event Report' will be printed which you will be asked to sign
