Out of warranty repair & service procedure.

  1. Bring your printer to our service reception together with 'Proof of Purchase'
  2. Our engineer will assess the printer problem
  3. If the printer cannot be repaired under the terms of our contract with EPSON UK Ltd then a replacement printer will be supplied.
    (Note: Your warranty will continue from the original start date)
  4. An 'Event Report' will be printed which you will be asked to sign

  1. Please ring the Epson Service Centre to discuss the printer problem. Our service engineer will advise possible cost
    (For some repairs a non refundable basic charge is required)
  2. Bring your printer to our service reception
  3. Our engineer will assess the printer problem
  4. If additional parts are required to repair the printer the customer will be advised of cost before continuing with the repair
  5. Should you decide not to continue with the repair we will dispose of your printer in accordance with the WEE Directive

epson ink and toner cartridges for recycling.
